Mucsuma is a high yielding round, balloon type of white cabbage suitable for long term storage (July). Mature after 135 to 150 days it produces a finely smooth neatly layered internal structure suitable for the processing industry. Ideal plant density is 25 – 40,000 / ha where it will yield heads with weights ranging from 2 .5 4 kg.
