Teleki is an indeterminate, forced hybrid with upright, large fruit. The fruits have elongated tapered, regular shape, nice white colour and they weigh 100130 g. White at harvesting maturity, red at full ripening; fruit size is kept also by the end of the cultivation season. In this type, Teleki is one of the breeds with the thickest walls. The plant has short internodes, moderate growth and great yield; a breed for intensive production. It is less susceptive of low luminosity, develops quickly and shows good fruit setting also in winter, lightdeficient periods. It can be forced all throughout the year. It has maximum resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The nicest fruits are produced on and near the main branch. Production is most effective if trained on cordon without pruning, or if tied applying onebranch pruning.
Plant density: 56 plants/m2. Easy production with reliable yield. It gives uniform, exportable fruits.
Resistance: HR Tm0.
