Pak Choi – Red, also known as Bok Choi, is a little like an Oriental chard which can be used as two separate vegetables as the stalks and the leaves cook at different rates and have different textures! Pak Choi Red is a colourful purple red leaved variety with bright green stems which is highly ornamental and also nutrient rich due to its red colouring. It is delicious sauteed when mature, or picked as individual leaves and eaten raw when young. An authentic addition to stir fries and stews which will add crunch and depth particularly to Japanese and Chinese dishes.
