Cauliflower Bianca F1 has a maturity of 85 - 90 days and offers very firm and compact, white, immaculate inflorescences. The determined period, of 85 - 90 days, is the period in the case of autumn crops. However, the vegetation period decreases in the case of summer crops to 70 - 80 days, the Bianca F1 cauliflower having an excellent adaptability to different climatic conditions. 

The heads are dome-shaped, with a large base, which makes the Bianca F1 cauliflower hybrid extremely productive. The average weight of a head, under normal conditions of fertilization, is 2 - 3 kg. 

The self-covering of the inflorescences is very good and offers protection to the Bianca F1 cauliflower against discoloration from the sun. 

Resistance in the field is another asset offered by the use of the Bianca F1 cauliflower hybrid.
