Fioretto (Italian word for “flowerets”) is a newly
developed stick-type cauliflower. It has long and
slender stick-type stems of bright green that grow to
roughly even length, giving it the appearance of flower
bouquet, supporting its tiny snow-white cap. The
vegetable tastes sweet, both fresh and cooked.
