Big Beef Plus is an early, very productive, indeterminate variety, suitable for growing in greenhouses and outdoors.
It ripens early, about 73 days after planting.
The plants are strong, the fruits are large, weighing 230 - 330 g, slightly ridged and rounded.
When ripe, they have a nice red color and aroma, and their skin is firm.
Very resistant to transport and has a good shelf life.
Resistances: Tobacco mosaic (TMV), fusarium wilt (Fusarium sp.), tomato seedling blight (Fusarium sp.), nematode, stem borer, alternaria, etc.
