The solid, bright curds make this variety suitable for both the fresh and processing markets. Giewont shows smooth curds, with excellent curd cover. This well wrapped cauliflower has an excellent colour and produces solid, dense florets. With Giewont, a condensed harvest is possible. It has a high percentage of usable florets and reduced loss as crumb.
