Kaporal main characteristics:
The vegetative period – 85-100 days. Heads at fruit dense, weighing 3-5 kg that depends on the method of planting. Grade with high content of sugar and vitamin 'C' that makes it the leader in palatability. Heads are white. The cabbage stump is small. The hybrid is intended for the fresh market and processing. When processing (fermentation, conservation, etc.) develops very attractive taste and has snowwhite colour.
