Kitonia is a variety of oak leaf lettuce salad from Rijk Zwaan. The leaves are small, compact, laced and have the shape of an oak leaf. The colour of the leaves is green pleasant. It is well suited to salad dressings. The average weight of a salad is between 400- 600 g. It does not emit a floral stem. We recommend growing in protected areas during winter, spring and autumn, in a hydroponic culture system.
