Morama is semisavoy cabbage with the main characteristics of sturdiness, good head cover and leaf tolerance in various entomological enemies. Soft leaf to be used in a variety of ways and taste unsurpassed in harvest throughout the winter. Its outside is green in colour and has high resistance to very cold temperatures. Very tight with very large production window (waiting in the field even cut). It can reach large sizes (> 5.5 kg). In Greece it can also be planted in November for harvest in March.
