Mahonia RZ is a variety of forage salad that has a vegetation period of about 40-55 days, this period varying depending on the weight that is desired at harvest. The leaves of the salad are large, with a smooth texture having a raw green color.  Mahonia RZ stands out by the fact that it forms large captains. This variety does not emit the flower stem and reaches weights ranging from 400 - 600 g. Mahonia RZ lends itself to summer culture, which can be planted from May until mid-August.
