Bodrog is continuously growing, pendant hybrid, elongated, conic shaped, light green, tasty, broad shouldered, slightly hot with big and regular fruits. Weight is 100- 130g. At maturity is greenish white and at biological ripe is red. Its stem, branch and root systems are thick. It tolerates stress and cold, less sensitive to lack of light and sets well even in winter poor light conditions, produces reliably even on poor soil, the fruits do not diminish by the end of cultivation, suitable for forcing and outdoor cultivation. It is cultivated most efficiently if tied and pruned for one stem or beside cordon without pruning. It can be forced in any period of the year in heated or unheated growing structure. Bright, extra size fruits tolerate transportation well; shelflife is quite long.
